Refund policy
Cancellation Requests
We have a 10-day cancellation policy, which means you have until 10 days before your event date to request a cancellation and refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request your cancellation at least 10 days before the date of your event as chosen when placing your order.
To start a cancellation, you can contact us at hello@oddaudioguestbook.co.uk. Please note that refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damage has occurred in transit, we will aim to substitute the damaged phone by sending a replacement to you. However, we require 24 hours notice in order to facilitate this. After this time period has elapsed, if you notify us of any damage, we may be unable to provide a replacement.
In the event that audio files recorded are missing/damaged/corrupted caused by negligence, fault, damage or misuse by the customer we will not provide any refund of any monies paid for the hire.
In the event that the audio files are missing/damaged/corrupted caused by failure to follow the return checklist provided on the return box, we will not provide any refund of any monies paid for the hire.
In the event that audio files recorded are missing/damaged/corrupted caused by any negligence or fault by us we will provide a full refund of all monies paid for the hire.
We will not issue any refunds, for lack of recordings, by failure of yourself, event staff or wedding planners to switch on the phone, prior to your event.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your cancellation request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
