Using our Audio Guest Book is a breeze: guests pick up the phone to hear your pre-recorded greetings message, after the tone they leave their personalised voice message for you and hang up to save the recording.

Your Audio Guest Book will be delivered to your doorstep via tracked special delivery, ensuring its safe arrival 2-3 days before your event date. Signature is required.

You must return the phone & hired items at your nearest Post Office on the next working day (Mon-Fri) after your event date using the prepaid returns label and mailer bag included with your hire.

Setting up your Audio Guest Book is a piece of cake - just follow our simple and easy instructions included with your hire for a hassle-free experience, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event to the fullest.

Once we receive your Audio Guest Book after your event, the audio recordings are promptly processed and delivered to you digitally via email.

If you opt for our Basic, Boujee or Vintage package, you'll also receive the recordings on your very own USB.

Rest assured, digital processing times are swift, taking only a maximum of 5 working days from the moment we receive your Audio Guest Book.
