When is it delivered?

Your Audio Guest Book will be delivered to your doorstep via tracked special delivery, ensuring its safe arrival 2-3 days before your event date. Signature is required.
You must return the phone & hired items at your nearest Post Office on the next working day (Mon-Fri) after your event date using the prepaid returns label and mailer bag included with your hire.

When do we get the recordings?

Once we receive your Audio Guest Book after your event, the audio recordings are promptly processed and delivered to you digitally via email.
If you opt for our Basic or Boujee package, you'll also receive the recordings on your very own Cassette Tape USB.
Rest assured, both digital and USB processing times are swift, taking only 1-2 working days from the moment we receive your Audio Guest Book.
